Domestic Shipping Policy 1. Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental United States.
2. Orders ship the same day if placed before 3 PM CT, or within 24 hours, except for special cases such as backorders or pre-orders.
3. Please allow up to 24 hours for responses during holidays or due to COVID-19 impacts.
Shipping Address Requirements The shipping address must be a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Restricted Shipping Locations For floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom brackets, jump starters, and Tesla accessories, we do not ship to:
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Processing Orders placed on our official website will receive two emails: order confirmation and tracking information.

Please allow 1–2 business days for packing and shipping. Order verification helps ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Shipping Schedule Orders placed on business days ship within 1–2 days (excluding weekends).
Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday.

Tracking Information Tracking numbers are estimates only. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. All of our stores provide the same shipping options within the U.S.
Lost Packages We do not issue refunds for lost packages. Instead, a replacement shipment will be sent.
Holiday Delivery Delays Tracking delays during holidays do not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. Orders ship within 2 business days, but carrier delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days or tracking shows delivered but not received, please contact us for assistance.
International Shipping International shipping is not available.
Additional Notes If incorrect address, phone number, or email information is provided and results in an undeliverable shipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the second shipment.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
