2. For all products placed on the website, we DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.
3. For floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom bracket, jump starter, and Tesla accessories, we do not ship to the address below:
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO.
4. If you place the order on the official site, you will get two notification emails for order confirmation and tracking information. If you need any support, send us a email to get quick support.
Once the order is placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping, checking the order information is a very important step to build a better shopping experience.
- 1 to 2 days shipping (excluding weekends) if the order is placed on the business day.
- Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.
5. Tracking number provided by all of our shipping companies are an estimate only. The expected delivery date does not mean that it will be guaranteed to show up on that date.

6. We could not process the refund for the lost package, but we can only ship the new one instead.
Holiday Delivery Time
Why my shipment does not move?
- It doesn't mean your order has not been shipped out. We ship out all of the orders in 2 business days. This situation may happen because of the high volume of shipments sent through USPS & UPS during holiday season. Please contact us if USPS lost your package, or you haven't received your order in 14 days.
- If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue and make sure you will get the package.
International Shipping
We could not offer the international service.
Additional Notes
If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.

Warranty Policy
Return Policy: Here at Sawe USA, our team understands that there is nothing quite like owning a product to find out just how necessary—or unnecessary—it may be. For that reason, we offer a 60-day return policy on all our products.
You may return any Sawe USA products within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (Shipping fee will not be refunded). The return item must be in new and working condition as well as in its original packaging. Sawe USA does not provide return shipping labels for returns.(Unless Manufacturing Problem). Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.
(No returns will be accepted after 60 days have passed)
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 - 5 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.
For customers with purchases that cannot be refunded to the original form of payment—like visa gift cards—will instead receive the full refund in store credit for Sawe USA.
Warranty and Defective Returns: Our warranty covers defective or malfunctioning products, and products that were damaged during shipping. If you have been issued one of these products, we may request you return the defective part to us. In these cases, Sawe USA will pay for the return shipping labels.
Sawe USA has a 90 days warranty for all our LED lights, and lighting equipment—and a 90 days for all car and auto parts. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends 90 days after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.
If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Sawe USA requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.
Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of Sawe USA products; all products are for their intended purposes only.
*Warranty does not cover labor, diagnostics, towing, rental cars, or any other costs associated with defective/damaged products.
