Return Policy: Here at Sawe USA, our team understands that there is nothing quite like owning a product to find out just how necessary—or unnecessary—it may be. For that reason, we offer a 60-day return policy on all our products.

You may return any Sawe USA products within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (Shipping fee will not be refunded). The return item must be in new and working condition as well as in its original packaging. Sawe USA does not provide return shipping labels for returns.(Unless Manufacturing Problem). Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 - 5 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.

For customers with purchases that cannot be refunded to the original form of payment—like visa gift cards—will instead receive the full refund in store credit for Sawe USA.

Warranty and Defective Returns: Our warranty covers defective or malfunctioning products, and products that were damaged during shipping. If you have been issued one of these products, we may request you return the defective part to us. In these cases, Sawe USA will pay for the return shipping labels.

Sawe USA has a 90 days warranty for all our LED lights, and lighting equipment—and a 90 days for all car and auto parts. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends 90 days after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.

If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Sawe USA requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.

Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of Sawe USA products; all products are for their intended purposes only.

*Warranty does not cover labor, diagnostics, towing, rental cars, or any other costs associated with defective/damaged products.
